CATONSVILLE, MD- The Union Women's Basketball team were unable to quell a strong CCBC Essex team as they fell 80-66.

Daniella Marmol and Mya Grimes were the leading scorers on Saturday with both scoring 15 points apiece. Grimes was also outstanding around the rim pulling down a whopping 26 rebounds, with 15 of them being offensive boards. Brianna Mills was the team leader in assists with 5. Despite these strong performances however, the Owls were unable to come away with the victory. They played their next game the following day against CCBC Catonsville, fairing better with a 78-52 victory.
