Congratulations to the All-Region XIX Selections from the Union Owls Women's Soccer Team

We are excited and proud to announce that four Union College Women's Soccer Team players have been named to the All-Region XIX Teams.

Yaquelin Juarez could be considered part of the pulse of the Women's soccer team due to her involvement on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. She is a midfielder who played in 14 games and finished the regular season scoring 11 goals, 4 of which were game winning goals, and  providing 4 assists. 

Melissa Martinez, the Owls leading scorer and forward was an absolute offensive mastermind. She played in 14 games and finished the season with 13 goals, 2 of which were game winning goals, and provided 7 assists.

Michelle Montoya is an Owls forward who never shows a sign of slowing down on the field. She finished the regular season playing playing in 14 games, scored 2 goals and provided 1 assist.

Angela Amaya was the centerpiece to the Owls defense. She was a solid defender and kept her defense ready at all times. In addition to stopping many attacks from opponents, she also managed to score a 1 goal for the Owls.
