Women's Bowling competes in their first match in the Westchester Invitational in Farmingdale, NY.

FARMINGDALE, NY- The Union Women's Bowling team competed in their first ever bowling meet, representing Union County College admirably.

On Sunday, January 19th, student-athletes Talure Watson and Madaline Alicea became the first collegiate bowlers for Union County College. Attending the Westchester Invitational in Farmingdale, NY, both represented their school with pride. Talure got the action started with a spare in the first ever frame for UCC bowling, reflective of the determined nature of UCC athletics. Madaline mixed in a score of 154 during doubles competition, keeping pace with several players from four-year programs and scholarship level programs. The Owls will return to the lanes Saturday, January 25th in Fishkill, NY.
