Owls Fall in Offensive Shootout at Raritan Valley

BRANCHBURG, NJ – The Owls and Lions brought their bats in an offensive showdown, but it was the Lions who prevailed with 26-11 victory in seven innings on Wednesday.

 

UCC (9-15, 3-4) plated 11 runs on 18 hits but fell short against Raritan Valley who had a good day at the plate. 

 

Austin Brooks had a great day at the plate. The Owls' left fielder plated two runs on three hits and also drew a walk. Patrick Connolly also had a three-hit day for the Owls. Connolly brought in two runs as well for UCC. 

 


UCC will be back in action tomorrow as they take on Ocean County College on the road in a conference matchup. First pitch is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
