NJCAAE Spring 25- Week 2 Recap 

Fortnite No Build: 

The Fortnite team continues their hot streak to start the season. The Owls went into their round 3 match up against SUNY: Onondaga. The Owls took the series 2-1 and moved their record to 3-0. The Owls moved into first place in their division. The Owls will play Northwest College on 3/10/25. 

Mario Kart 1 vs 1:  

Santiago’s 2nd week of action saw him going up against his fellow teammates Chester and Ali. Santi won hist first matchup against Chester 4-1. In his second match, Santiago lost to Ali 4-2. In week 3 action Santiago will be going against Bevill State Community College and Brookdale Community College. 

Chester’s 2nd week of action saw him go up against Santiago and Bevil State Community College. As mentioned earlier Chester lost to Santiago 4-1. In his second matchup Chester lost to his opponent from Bevill State 4-1. Chester has one matchup in week 3 against Cleveland Community College. 

Ali’s 2nd week of action saw him up against Santiago. As we mentioned earlier Santiago won his matchup 4-2. In week 3 Ali will be up against Brookdale Community College and Terra State Community College. 

Call of Duty Gunfight: 

Call of Duty Gunfight faced off against Alpena Community College in week 2 action. The Owls won their matchup against Alpena 3-1. In week 3 the Owls are in store for a double header facing off against Gordon State College and Flen Oaks Community College.  

Rocket League: 

The Owls Rocket League team played two of the top teams in the region last week, Daytona State College and Wake Technical Community College. The Owls first faced off against Daytona State College where they fell 3-0. In the second matchup the Owls once again fell to Wake Technical Community College 3-0. The Owls will be back in action next week against Brookdale Community College and Guilford Technical Community College.
