March 19, 2022 was the first time Union County College Softball has appeared in a game in ten years and it was a double header. Unfortunately, the team could not rally for the wins, but they were finally able to show the coaching staff the talent and promise this team has as a whole. 

In game one, the team had two hits and the pitcher had five strikeouts and only three walks in four innings. They also had a successful rundown and stole one base.

In game two, the Owls came out strong, but could not hold the lead. Starting pitcher completed five innings with three strikeouts. The owls had nine hits including a triple, three doubles, and five singles. They finished the game with four stolen bases. 

The team comes home and prepares for their next game, March 27, at Monroe College.
