Union Owls Men’s Volleyball Players Named All-Region and All-GSAC

Cranford, NJ - A huge congratulations to two UCNJ Union Owls Men’s Volleyball student-athletes, Alexander Boulin and Gianfranco Garracci on being selected for the 2024 All-Region and All-GSAC teams.

Alexander Boulin was named First Team All-Region and First Team All-GSAC. He is a sophomore, OH/OP, and played in 29 matches this season. He has 93 sets overall this season, as well as 265 Kills with 2.85 overall kills per set. His hitting percentage is 0.256 overall and dominated with 622 total attacks this season. His defense was solid with 70 total blocks and 44 block assists overall this season.

Sophomore, Gianfranco Guaraci, was named Second Team All-Region and Second Team All-GSAC. A setter from Elizabeth, NJ, #1 in Region XIX for assists for the 2022-2023 season, has 674 assists this season with 7.75 assists per set. Playing in 28 matches this season he recorded 87 overall sets and 28 kills, with total attacks of 118.
