CRANFORD, NJ - The Union women's basketball team ran past the SUNY Sullivan Generals by a score of 79-43.
The sophomore duo of Yamel Abreu (Elizabeth, NJ) and Jessica Woods (Linden, NJ) led the way for the Owls. Woods led the charge against the Generals with another double double which included 21 points and 14 rebounds. Abreu finished the night with 20 points, five assists and five steals.
The win improves Union to 9-3 on the season. The Owls will take on Raritan Valley Community College at home on Thursday, December 13 beginning at 6:00 pm.
