CRANFORD, NJ- Freshman Guard Terrence Durham has been named to the First-Team All-GSAC squad, as well as being named the Player of the Year. Sophomore Guard Mychael Tripp was named to the Second-Team All-GSAC squad.

Terrence Durham certainly left an impression in his first collegiate basketball season by being named as the Player of the Year for the Division III GSAC conference. Durham averaged 18 points per game on the year to establish himself as a serious scoring weapon. He was also a strong distributor of the ball, dishing out 4.8 assists per game. Despite being a guard, Durham was also active on the boards, pulling down 5.1 rebounds per game. As a freshman, Terrence has another year of eligibility on the JUCO level in which he will look to build upon the success that he has already had this year.

Mychael Tripp was also outstanding this year being named to the Second Team All-GSAC squad. Tripp was also a strong scroing threat, recording 17.4 points per game. Tripp's most impressive numbers however, came through his rebounding. Despite being a guard, Tripp pulled 8.1 rebounds per game to be one of the team leaders in the category. As a sophomore, Mychael's playing days at Union County College are unfortunately over, but he will look to move on to the next level for next year to continue his college basketball career.

Congratulations to both Owls on their great seasons, and good luck in their future endeavors!
