Two Players for the Union Men's Basketball Team are named to the All-Region team.

CRANFORD, NJ- Sophomore Mychael Tripp and Freshman Terrence Durham were named to the Third and Second All-Region XIX Team's respectively.

Mychael Tripp, who is a two sport athlete at Union County College (also playing lacrosse), has been named to the Third Team All-Region XIX team for the 2019-2020 season. Tripp averaged 17.3 points per game for the season which was good for third on the team. Tripp's big contribution to the team was his rebounding ability. Even though he is a shooting guard, Tripp had the second most rebounds per game averaging 8.1 boards per game. Despite coming off the bench, Mychael Tripp had a huge impact on his team's success, and he will leave a hole for the Owls to fill.

Terrence Durham emerged as one of Union's biggest offensive threats for the 2019-2020 season. Durham was second on the Owls in points per game, averaging 18 on the season. Durham was not only adept at scoring the ball, but also has excellent court vision, averaging 4.8 assists per game. Like Mychael Tripp, Durham is also a two sport athlete, as he is on the lacrosse team as well. Unlike Tripp however, Durham is only a freshman, meaning he will be back for next season to pick up where he left off.

Congratulations to both Owls on their great seasons, and good luck in their future endeavors!
