MIDDLETOWN, NY - The Union men's basketball team rode the SUNY Orange Colts to a 97-79 win on the road.
Freshman Tyheem Burno (Jersey City, NJ) and sophomore Jordan Rowley (Hillside, NJ) led the team each producing a double-double. Burno had 27 points, 13 assists and three rebounds. Rowley threw down 17 points including 16 boards, three steals and two blocks. Sophomore Trevon Bleasdell (Irvington, NJ) added 17 points and 4 rebounds. Freshman Jared Simmons (Scotch Plains, NJ) chipped in 14 points and grabbed six rebounds.
The win improves the Owls to 6-15 on the season. They will travel to Camden County College on Saturday, January 26 for a 1pm start in Blackwood, NJ.
