Presley's Huge Night Not Enough as Lions Fall at Union

Cranford, NJ - Sophomore Forward Tiana Presley turned in her most dominant performance of the season against Union College on Tuesday in the Lions 62-90 loss to the Owls. Presley finished with a career high 23 points and pulled down a season high 20 rebounds on the night. The point total surpasses her previous career high she set this season against Bergen County of 22 and her 20 rebounds is second behind the 26 she gathered against Sussex County College during the 2021 season.

Presley's dominant performance kept the Lions within striking distance at halftime as they were down 36-31. In the fourth quarter the Lions were down 13 with less that 4 minutes to play, but the Union pressure eventually put the game away.

The Lions are now 3-5 on the year and take on the Cougars of Lehigh Carbon on Thursday at 5 PM.
