“Respect that is given to someone who is admired” is the Webster Dictionary definition of the word Honor. On Tuesday, February 9th, Union County College, the College Life Department, Basketball players and Coaches will be honoring the six sophomores that will be concluding their final season at Union County College.
On Sophomore Night the Lady Owls will be hosting Division I ASA College at 5pm. #23 Shaniece Wright and #43 Yasmine Dorrielan will be honored prior to the start of their game. Following the women’s game the men will host Manor College. #3 Kyre Brownridge, #5 Jalen Baytops, #15 David Osley and #21 DeVaughn Green will also be honored prior to the start of their game which tip-off is set for 7pm.
